This is a family opportunity to take hiking skills to the next level with backpacking. Nature appreciation, ecological awareness, outdoor fun, and backcountry skill development all come together in this three day-two night trip in the Pecos Wilderness. The itinerary includes a short backpack to a beautiful river, a day hike and nature activities the second day, more activities and a hike out on the third day. If you've wanted a chance to learn how to get into nature with your children, or have been looking for a way to bond with them, this is the chance! See www.wildresiliency.com for more info on pricing, the guides, and the guiding philosophies of the Wild Resiliency Institute. This event occurs on and is permitted through YOUR Santa Fe National Forest, USDA.
