Event Description

Please join the New Mexico Land Conservancy and the New Mexico History Museum for a free screening of "Wallace Stegner: a documentary film," produced by KUED public broadcasting station, the University of Utah. This co-sponsored event takes place on Friday, April 13th at 6:00 pm in the auditorium of the New Mexico History Museum. Santa Fe Mayor David Coss will speak briefly before the film. Admission to the New Mexico History Museum is free on Friday evenings from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm.

This free screening kicks off the Tribute to the Stegner Family by the New Mexico Land Conservancy that will be celebrated on Saturday, April 21st at the New Mexico History Museum at 7:30 pm.

Tickets for the Tribute to the Stegner Family (April 21st) are on sale through the Lensic box office by calling 988-1234 or online at www.ticketssantafe.org. Ticket prices are $100 for the Reception with the Writers that begins at 6:00 pm in the lobby of the History Museum or $30 for the program that begins at 7:30 pm in the History Museum auditorium.
