I agree. Hydroponics is feeding people all over the world, especially areas with little water and poor soils...like NM where I live. Simplified hydropnics is even better as one can grow food and livestock fodder in their own backyard...no greenhouse needed!

I'd love to see some links to practical info about how to get started in hydroponics. Will it really work well in a place like NM where water rights and wet water are so limited? Is it something homeowners can do on a small scale?
