From the Gov's office: On January 22, 2009, Governor Richardson formed the Green Jobs Cabinet to promote New Mexico’s Green Economy, create new green jobs both in rural and urban communities, and ensure that New Mexicans are trained and prepared to succeed in these jobs. The Cabinet is charged with preparing a report for the Governor by August 15, 2009 outlining opportunities and preparing policy recommendations to support the growth of the Green Economy.
The Green Jobs Cabinet would like to reach out to businesses, organizations and citizens across the state to solicit their input. Any businesses or citizens who would like to provide written comments should sign up at this web link:

Please indicate your area of interest or expertise and you will be contacted in the next few weeks to provide your comments.
In June, community input meetings will be held in 3 or 4 separate locations around the state to share draft information with the public and gathering additional input.
Those who sign up to provide input will also receive notification of these community input meetings once they are scheduled.
Inquiries and project proposals for stimulus funding should continue to be addressed to the New Mexico Office of Reinvestment and Recovery. Information is available here:
