What does 'sustainability' mean to you?

Earth Care’s mission is to educate and engage youth to create healthy, just and sustainable communities. We view sustainability within a context of achieving social and environmental justice. Since 2001 Earth Care has been supporting young people as community change agents and leaders.

What do you do to try and live green and what would you like to learn more about?

Earth Care attempts to live "green" through a variety of approaches that include addressing the sustainabiltiy of our own facilities, supporting and co-creating sustainability education endevours in the schools and organizing sustainbiltiy projects in the broader Santa Fe community

What concerns you most about the issues facing the environment, whether locally or globally?

We are concerned about how climate change will affect our food and water systems and community. We are also very concerned with our educational systems and believe they need to be addressing these pressing environmental issues.
