Here is Part 2 of Paul Douglas' common sense moderate conservative's look at climate change. This is one that should particularly interest NM Gov. Susana Martinez and cabinet because it focuses on one of her pet projects - boosting business.

By ignoring the science behind climate change and going with rhetoric, American businesses are losing both moral high ground and an opportunity to make cold hard cash off the challenges ahead. Turning crisis into business opportunity used to be an American forte. But we've become entrenched in old-style business models and remain committed to old-style industry colored heavily by politics.  Douglas argues there's a good deal of opportunity waiting in the climate change ahead - one that his fellow forward-thinking Republicans would do well to grab hold of.
