Land for Farm to Market Opportunity
I have 40 acres just 18 miles SE of Mountainair, NM. The land is totally fenced and has an excellent well with about 10gal/min flow and power to the house and barn. About 16-18" of good topsoil with excellent sun exposure. I would be interested in discussing ideas as how to best make the land available for a "Farm to Market" facility.
